PRG’s approach is informed by our extensive experience as consultants but also as fundraisers.

Our four principal partners have each directed significant development portfolios and served as senior managers at institutions that address critical social issues.

To best serve our clients, we:

• Engage leadership, staff, and volunteers to achieve a deep understanding of the organization and its current programs and future goals
• Seek input from experts and thought leaders in our global networks to better understand the sector in which the client operates and to determine its most strategic positioning
• Create strategic, actionable development plans that are designed in the context of the current operating environment, client capacity, and relevant sector trends
• Provide strategic support for client implementation of plans
