Tracy Allardice
Development Analyst, Atlanta
Tracy Allardice joined Project Resource Group in 2009 with a focus of bridging her years of experience in client relationship management and marketing in corporate America to mobilizing support for mission-driven organizations.
In her capacity at Project Resource Group, she is responsible for supporting the partners with back-office tasks, as well as with client-specific research and project management.
Having achieved her goal of touching all continents by 2003, Tracy's passion for international travel and connecting with different cultures is ever-present. She is an active member of her sailing club, currently serving as the editor for the newsletter and having served on the Board of Governors for the past three years.
Tracy launched her career at UPS where she spent 11 years in marketing and a variety of customer facing roles. Through her professional experience she developed a deep understanding of complex business process challenges in and outside of the supply chain landscape. Upon leaving UPS, Tracy traveled through Asia and volunteered at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Prior to joining Project Resource Group, Tracy worked on a supply chain-related project with CARE USA's Emergency and Humanitarian Assistance Unit and completed an internship with The Task Force for Global Health in their Development office. She has training in fundraising, logistics and inventory management in health commodities and international trade. Tracy has an MBA from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Business from Berry College.
